You want the Redhat-CD-HOWTO. You can find it through TLDP at
http://www.tldp.org. It's somewhat of a process, but I've done it with
Red Hat Linux 9 to create updated "Shrike+" CD's and a network
installation service for the people in my office to use for new
installs.
