How to mirror fedora?

  Hello,
I was asked to make a mirror of fedora in my country (Bulgaria). So i
looked at the homepage, but couldn't find any instructions on how to do
it. I asked on irc, and somebody told me to subscribe here,and ask...So
I'm asking - how to mirror fedora?:)
