Postfix issues

And the other weird thing is that when I was running
RedHat 9, I have everything setup the same way, and it
was working then. I know that in fedora, postfix has
been compiled with the chrooted' environment
off...could this be why? I doubt it...but that is the
only thing that really has changed...outside of the OS
version.
