Google found http://seclists.org/lists/linux-kernel/2004/Mar/1229.html as the
original patch and in a followup Greg KH says he has put it into "both the
2.4 and 2.6 usb trees".
I am updating to kernel-[source-]2.6.4-1.300 at the moment, I will check if
the patch made it in there and if not try to do it myself. Definitely
something that needs to be fixed before FC2 for all those USB printer users!
