execute programs using the following command and it will work on FC2 test2:

setarch ix86 wine program.exe, where x is the architecture of your kernel.

e.g. on my i686 machine, i run "setarch i686 wine calc.exe" to start the
windows calculator. hope this helps, it's the easiest solution to running wine
on FC2 test2 that i know of.
