To the best of my knowledge, the bug can be closed by the person that
opened it, as well as by the folks at Red Hat. Try scrolling to the
bottom of your bug report, changing the status to closed, and commit
the change. If it works, great! If not, put in a comment that you
have verified the bug is closed, and whoever the bug is assigned to
should be able to close it out for you.
