It doesn't use e-d-s so it's not affected by this.  

I'm not too keen on that code though, it seems to work by simply looking
at the title of the Evolution app's main window, and looks for a number,
which it treats as the number of emails in your inbox.  So it's a bit of
a hack, and it won't work for Evolution 2.0

Plus it requires Mono, which is a whole other issue...
