Autoraid fails on FC3-test1

Hi

I upgraded FC3-test1 with a pile (several hundred) of upgrades and now 
Autoraid fails to set up the SATA drives. Unfortunately, I can't tell 
you what version of what I upgraded, as they are now inaccessible.

Can anyone tell me how to recover the system, without reloading everything?
