bootdisk.img missing from images directory

I install fedora releases by copying bootdisk.img to a floppy & boot from 
it.
Now in the latest release in  disc1 iso of FC2, I find the bootdisk.img file 
missing in the images
directory.

Can anyone explain why it is missing?

Apart from CDROM boot which I cant do how to install the isos?
