up2date from console does not work properly

Run /usr/sbin/up2date from a su'd shell until the targeted policy is
fixed.  You might want to try updating selinux-policy-targeted from
ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/Fedora; that should include the
fix.
