Hello-

i am wondering if there is a bug in gdb or glibc.. i find it hard to believe
that this error could have slipped through the cracks so i'm thinking perhaps
my eyes are deceiving me. does anyone else see something wrong with the
following command:

(gdb) p ~0
$6 = -1

last i knew the 1's complement of 0 equaled 1. what is going on here?
