In /etc/modprobe.conf, add:

options scsi_mod max_scsi_luns=2

If your modprobe.conf does not have an "alias scsi_hostadapter <blah>"
in it, that should fix it. If it does, you will need to rebuild your
initrd using mkinitrd and reboot for this to work.
