Try to uncomment the HorizSync and VertRefresh lines in your
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.

There are several bugzilla entries about this, and probably 6 or 7
people who have posted to fedora-test-list about this.  Apparently it is
because of a bug in pyxf86config.
