Firefox in Fedora 2

Anyone know why Firefox didn't make it in to the standard packages for
Fedora 2?  yes, it's easy to add in after the fact.  And it's v.0.8, so
it's not the "Official" release yet, but it's very stable and quickly
spreading to other distros.
