Gnome cannot start continued

I tried to remove /tmp contents but it deos not help. WHen I do
cd /tmp
rm -rf *
there is no difference. After once logout Gnome i cannot login Gnome
again until I start KDE once.

when I remove also hidden files
cd /tmp
rm -rf .??*
then thex X does not start anymore until reboot. The GDM deos not show
nothing but background color.

This makes me angry. I wonder if it is Fedora only problem or just
Gnome problem.
