Hey Colin..

On a non seL system.. I would tell the person to open up home with chmod 771 
or the like...

Being an seLinux newbie.. does it sit underneath the filesystem perms and have 
to be chcon'd in addition to chmod'd?  And what's the usage of chcon (haven't 
installed seL yet).

I would love pointers to more info on this specific chmod/chcon interaction 
and t-shooting topic.
