Installing Java

You have to install it separately. Sun does not license Java in a way that
makes it freely redistributable (let alone open source). It can't be
included with Fedora Core.

PS: Fedora Core is no longer the development release -- it's done.
Therefore, this question would be better on the main fedora-list.
