Only uncommented in yum.conf is:
[development]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - Development Tree
baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/$basearch/

Too many active elements for the eyes-free user -- 2,571 according to
lynx. Makes it hard to know where one is and what checks belong to what
group, etc.
There has been conversation about fixing this. It's an issue across
F/OSS.
