Yum dependencies troubles

the internals on rpm-libs  package changed in the lastest rawhide
update... I have confirmed and filed about this for both yum and
up2date.  I wouldn't be all that shocked that the new rpm-libs breaks
anaconda and s-c-packages as well as apt.  Isn't the development tree
fun!!!!!!
If you revert back to  rpm-libs-4.3.2-8    the problem goes away for
both yum and up2date.
