I'll try to download it before I go home from work (since my work
connection is easily 6x faster than home). Can I get rsync access to
that? I have to stop/restart quite frequently and I have to use some
bandwidth throttling so my boss doesn't throttle *me*. And I am *never*
going to get things done via HTTP.
