Best way to upgrade to T2

if you already have a working linux installation with grub you can get
the pxe install image from the cd (the vmlinuz and initrd) and just add
them manually to the grub.conf, just follow the example of the rest.
(oh and stick the vmlinuz and initrd in /boot)
