Is it possible to make Fedora load faster?

It depends how long what you need to do takes.

I'm sure you've been caught in the situation where you "just need to
check something" before going out somewhere. The time it will take to
check the "thing" is maybe fifteen seconds. The time to boot the machine
is much longer than that.

Is there software suspend for desktops?
