Ah, sorry I misread your question, I thought you wanted the graphical greeter for xdmcp logins as well as the console
Unfortunately, I don't see how to achieve this, as my theme is a .tar.gz file: http://art.gnome.org/themes/gdm_greeter/89. When I uncompress and untar it, there are several files over there. Any hint?
Sorry I don't know how to do the themed greeter, I haven't got an FC4 box within reach at the moment, I might get the chance later ....
