FC4 - where is the right-click "properties" sub-menu?

I just noticed this feature is missing on FC4.
On FC3, right-click on a command name on a menu would show a sub-menu 
which had "properties" on it. This was very productive and helpful.
this "properties" is missing on FC4. Is there any other way to get this 
information, easily?
