More clear indications when the problem seen is a Fedora issue vs an
upstream issue might be handy, and a very easy way to submit the problem
upstream w/out subbing to yet another high volume list.
In my experience, reporting a vendor problem to an upstream project is
not met with very warm responses. Nor should upstream be bothered with
these they have enough to do.
