No.
I did not suggest that, and I do not suggest that.
Please read up in "man rpm" what option --force would do. It is a
collection of dangerous options and very seldomly something you really
want.
I also fail to see why you think the packge is newer. Surely the
installed 6.8.2 is newer than the 6.8.1 you want.
And in case you really want a full downgrade of xorg-x11, you should
get all the other xorg-x11 packages and try your luck with them. But
don't --force install anything!
