[OT] Evolution - HTML per account

Sorry for being off topic, but does anyone know if there's a way to make
the use of HTML for composer on a "per mail account" basis?  

At work as is the case with many companies, I'm sending to people
primarily receiving mail in exchange/outlook, but otherwise I would
prefer to use plain text.
