unicode_start error FC5t1

I get the following error message below logging in as a normal user.
Also, Alt-PrintScreen no longer works in GNOME, although
Preferences->Keyboard-Shortcuts shows correct setting. Bugzilla time?

Keymap 2: Permission denied
KDSKBENT: Operation not permitted
loadkeys: could not deallocate keymap 3
