As of 2.6.14-1.1703_FC5, CONFIG_ISA was turned off. Not sure
why this didn't make it into the changelog.
The rationale is to start pruning out some of those drivers
that aren't used by anything any more, such as 3c501, AdLib, and
other antiquities.
