Should this fix the problem with my Logitech Joystick? Because it does
not. I always get the following in the /var/log/messages when plugging
in the joystick:

Oct 11 09:14:27 traveller kernel: ohci_hcd 0000:00:02.0: wakeup
Oct 11 09:14:27 traveller kernel: usb 2-2: new low speed USB device
using ohci_hcd and address 2
Oct 11 09:14:38 traveller kernel: drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c: timeout
initializing reports
Oct 11 09:14:38 traveller kernel:
Oct 11 09:14:38 traveller kernel: input: USB HID v1.10 Joystick
[Logitech Inc. WingMan RumblePad] on usb-0000:00:02.0-2
Oct 11 09:14:38 traveller udev[15879]: main: action, subsystem or
devpath missing

It worked perfectly in FC4.
