Anaconda doesn't know about missing pcmcia module

Removed some code and didn't quite get all of the references to it.
Should be fixed for tomorrow (just in time for something else to break
instead ;-)

If you create an RHupdates and stick an updated copy of packages.py from
cvs (cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at rhlinux.redhat.com:/usr/local/CVS co
anaconda/packages.py), you should be able to get past it for now
