You are not facing an unresolved dep, but a file conflict. The broken deps
report does not cover conflicts at all.

Run this query:

  rpm -q --qf %{name}-%{version}-%{release}.%{arch} nautilus

Make sure the old package is x86_64, too, and that you don't have
multiple packages of nautilus installed.
