Gnome Applets problems after yum update

This also fixed a problem with evolution for the record.

The original problem was after today's yum update, starting
evolution-2.5.4-9 only produced the evolution framework with
send/receive button only. Once the below script was run, evolution
behaved normally also.

Still can't get gweather applet to work thou.

Good work with inclusion of mono, beagle and the like ( two thumbs up..)
