CPU scaling gone?

Hi,

I seem to remember when FC5 came out, that my laptop started behaving
with CPU scaling. It's a Toshiba Sat Pro A10, Intel everything onboard.
I've just put the scaling applet back on the panel and it's reporting
that scaling is not supported.

Am I doing something wrong or should I file this as kernel or apm bug?
