Re-enabling swap partition

Hi,

I have in my fstab file, the line

/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01 swap   swap   defaults  0 0

yet when I boot up, I get the that LogVol01 doesn't exist, yet
ls /dev/VolGroup00 shows that it does exist.

Any ideas on the problem here?
