One Hour Later Pup Fails

Hello,

I'm using FC5 with the updates-testing and aiglx repositories enabled.
I ran Software Updater and about an hour later, when it looked like
it was at 99% download completed, these errors came up:

I tried to start again, but it looked like it was just starting all
over again from scratch.  When Pup exits with a failure does that mean
all downloaded rpms are lost?
