FC6T1 Can't add icon to panel launcher

When I try to set a custom icon for a panel launcher I just created, the
dialog crashes as soon as I try to type into the address field.  When I
navigate to the directory and try to select the icon, it will not
select.

Can anyone verify this?  What component should a bug be filed against?
