$rpm -qlp glib2-devel-2.11.1-2.i386.rpm | grep glibconfig.h
/lib/glib-2.0/include/glibconfig.h

Not sure why glibconfig.h is in /lib/glib-2.0 there instead of all the
others in %{_includedir}/glib-2.0
