error while loading shared libraries

i installed k9copy,
but when i try to run it,
i get :

k9copy: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/libk9copy.so.0: cannot restore segment prot
after reloc: Permission denied

this is a link with ls -Z of:
lrwxrwxrwx  root root user_u:object_r:lib_t 

points to libk9copy.so.0.0.0 with:
-rwxr-xr-x  root root system_u:object_r:lib_t  

any ideas?
