Patch for toshiba_acpi

Hi,

Toshiba Laptops have an integrated bluetooth-adapter, which is disabled
after powering on the machine.

There is a small patch to toshiba_acpi kernel-module for enabling a
user-space-tool (like toshset) to enable the adapter.

Ubuntu has included this patch. Is there a chance of including this
patch into Fedoras kernel ?
