Warning - 20060928 update breaks yum

It is quite possible that if have something like T1 connection and
you operate with 'keepcache=0' in /etc/yum.conf then nothing bad
will happen.  Running every transaction with an empty cache also
will likely succeed.  Otherwise you better watch out.  Details are
