USB pen vfat R/W for user?

  Hello there,
             I would like HAL to mount my USB pen r/w for users on
FC7T3.
 I have 3 partitions, and the ext2 ones do mount r/w (or r if I change
it), but the vfat one is always "rwxr xr x"
   Is it possible to change this?
