Networking broken on Vaio with Rawhide - udev?

Having installed F8 test1 on my Vaio SZ3 on Sunday I updated to all the
latest packages this evening.  Unfortunately, now neither the wired
(sky2) nor wireless (iwl3945) interfaces work.  There are messages in
dmesg about the interfaces being disabled and neither eth0 nor wlan0
show up when I run ifconfig.

There are messages about udev, similar to those mentioned in

My problem doesn't seem to be kernel related as going back to the test1
kernel makes no difference.
