Absolutely!  It does not boot :(  

It hangs in 

TCP:  Hash tables configured (established 131072 bind
65536)
TCP reno registered
checking if image is initramfs...

Thanks for warning me :)

I have removed it from the system
# rpm -e 2.6.24-0.62rc3.git5.fc9

42 is the still the good kernel here :)
