Push KDE4 into F8-update-testing.

Hello all,

Small suggesting:
Will it be possible to push KDE4 into F8's update-testing? (Without
pushing the update into -updates)
Seems to me that it should increase the number of KDE4 testers by adding
those who cannot afford to use a rawhide machine on a daily basis, but
are willing to help test KDE4 on their F8 installs.
