Sound problems (user not root)

After updating, my sound isbroken.I have the loudspeaker disable,, if
I click on it I get the message that no plugin of Gstreamer has been
found or device for sound regulation!!
Soundcard is o.k because I get sound by sound recognition tool.
But if I log as root it is o.k.

What's going on???
