rawhide swfdec with pulseaudio

The PA-support in swfdec doesn't work yet, and is disabled by default.
I haven't had much time to work on getting swfdec's sound to work in
Rawhide, but I'm planning to work on it after the new year.  If anyone
wants to help, that would be great.
