liveinst didn't create the encrypted logical volumes I told it to 
create.  The install proceeded normally (after applying the booty fix 
in bz #426562), but the end result was unencrypted.  Is the liveinst 
install supposed to be encryption-enabled?

I'll test a regular rawhide network install later today.
