Reporting them at kernel.org is actually preferred, as it gets more
kernel developers actually looking at them.  Especially if it's something
that is likely to be an upstream problem rather than a Fedora specific bug.

Chuck and I do check kernel.org bugzilla too, albeit not as often
as the Red Hat one.
