Yes. Intel graphics should work right out of the proverbial box with
virtually no effort on the part of the end-user.

I've a G965 ("GMA X3000") and it works just beautifully. In fact, I
recently decided to do away with my xorg.conf and X detects it and loads
the proper driver stuff automagically. \o/
